Word Fall version 1.1 is now available as a free update worldwide!

Just head on over to the App Store! http://itunes.com/app/wordfall

What’s new?
- Over 25 unlockable OpenFeint achievements! (Details Here)
- Hard mode’s speed has been increased
- Improved online score formatting
- OpenFeint has been updated to version 2.3
- Additional words have been added to the game’s dictionary

Work has already begun on version 1.2, which will include additional online leaderboards to track your highest scoring words as well as time survived in Survival Mode. Have any comments on the achievements or suggestions for new features? Feel free to contact me via email or Twitter.

Achievements Unlocked

Work on the Word Fall 1.1 update is almost complete and so I thought I’d blog about the biggest change to the game: unlockable achievements. I’ve just about wrapped up work on a whole slew of tricky challenges and goals that will earn you points for your OpenFeint profile. I think it will be quite some time until some of these are completed!

I’m aiming to submit the update to Apple over the weekend, so it should be available to download within the next week or two.
